Internet Explrer makes life difficult for web designers because it behaves differently to all other browsers. This is because, unlike others, it does not follow the standards that have been put in place for the way the web should be display. So, if I write a standard compliant website, it would work perfectly in Firefox, but possibly not in Internet Explorer. IE wants special treatment! This is a pain for me as a web designer as it means I have to do things twice. So please, do me and yourself a favour and switch to Firefox. Its free and not only is it standard compliant, but it has more features and is more secure
This box should be in the centre of the page and turn green when you mouseover it. It doesn't in IE, because IE doesn't implement the CSS standard properly.
